Yoga for me is honestly a spiritual practice, but we don't have to be so serious all of the time. Some of the time... but not all of the time. Join me on this wild adventure.

My yoga philosophy is centered on the belief that yoga is accessible for all. The true essence and heart of yoga is, by definition, unity. Unity of the mind, body, and spirit, as well as unity of the practitioners. In a single sentence, “We are all welcome here.”
I've been practicing yoga for over twenty years, and I am a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
I currently offer private classes, one-on-one, small groups, and in-studio yoga and meditation practices in Fayetteville, North Carolina as well as virtually.
